Millinery Classes and Millinery Workshops

A short workshop in millinery will give you the basic understanding of how a hat is made and which hat suits you and the occasion. After that you will be hooked and make hats forever and you can build on the skills you have acquired.

Torb and Reiner workshops are regularly conducted by Milliner Waltraud Reiner and invited tutors at her private hat studio in Melbourne as well as interstate venues and overseas.

All T&R workshops are run by people who have worked in the industry for a long time in their field. A very high standard and personal attention is guaranteed.

Most workshops: minimum of 4 - maximum of 8 students. We accommodate all skill levels.

Waltraud is a wonder to be around - so inspiring and such a motivated person that you can feel her motivation and passion seeping in through your pores! My husband (Ben) mentioned this morning that he thinks I look 'prettier' and 'more alive' since I got back home and I think that's because I've had such an enriching experience. Can’t wait to put it to practice more!

Thanks very much for the most inspirational, uplifting, creative and joyous week I have had in ages! I have been up since 6 in the morning as a new hat idea awoke me from my slumber!
