Shipping Information

• Torb & Reiner deliver Australia wide. We also deliver internationally. 
• Please ensure your delivery instructions are accurate, when filling in your details.
• Your order will be sent the day after we receive it. All packages will be sent via Courier. 
• We endeavour to ensure delivery within Australia between 1 to 4 working days,
  depending on the weight and destination. If Torb & Reiner needs to send goods via road it could take longer. 
• All postage and handling costs are based on our $12.50 flat rate. 
• In cases where the parcel exceeds 5kg or has to go via road we need to adjust the shipping costs. We will contact you to discuss the situation.
• If stocks are low then delivery may be delayed.  We will inform you if this is the case.
• When the parcel leaves our studio the courier service will be responsible for delivery. 
• Torb & Reiner thinks Green! We try our best to be ressourceful which is why customers may receive parcels in unrelated packaging/boxes

International Orders:

• If you place an international order shipping costs may be adjusted. We will contact you regarding these costs.
• Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.
