REFUND POLICY

All refund applications must be requested in writing via

- Post: Accounts Dept, Torb & Reiner, PO Box 3120, Murrumbeena, VIC. 3163


REFUND TYPES:

Refund Application less than 2 weeks before workshop:
- no refund

Refund Application 2-4 weeks before workshop:
- 50% of workshop fee
- if you find a replacement: full refund less $20 admin fee

Refund Application earlier than 4 weeks before workshop:
- full refund less $20 admin fee

Workshop Non-attendance:
- no refund, no transfer of workshop fee
