In 2010, our rural workshops were the subject of a documentary. It focused on a workshop we held in Coleambally, NSW, with the generous assistance of South West Arts. This workshop gave many farming women respite and relief from the stress of a drought-stricken land and other hardships. For two days they immersed themselves in fabrics, laughter and creativity.
We believe that hats are more than just shelter for the head - they are a powerful means of self-expression. We use the principles of positive psychology in our workshops, so they are more than just a craft session - they are an opportunity for personal growth.
