Crinoline, also know as crin or Horsehair, is a delicate elastic fabric particularly suited for hat making and is made from polypropylene.

very successfully and innovatively. Crinoline is often used to extend brims and make them
lighter and look larger. Crinoline is also used as a lining for fabric bows to give them more body.
