- How can I order a product from you?
Similar to other sites we use a shopping cart. Just like going shopping in a supermarket you add products to your cart:

- Click on 'add to cart button' next to the item of your choice or at the bottom of the page.
- The next page shows your cart and what is in it.
- Check that all is correct - you can change quantities or delete an item by setting the quantity to zero then click on 'recalculate'
- When you are done shopping select the shipping (you always have to select shipping, for workshops/tutorials/manuals we do not charge postage just select 'workshops/tutorial')
- Confirm the shipping fee on the next page
- Select 'Go To Payments' when you want to check out.
- Fill out all your details.

You will be send a confirmation of your order by email.

- Can I order using a different payment method?
You can order by simply sending a cheque or money order with the details of your payment.
You can find our address on our contact page. There you can also find our phone number in case you would like to give us a call.

- How soon will I receive my order?
For customers in Australia count on a delivery time of four days.
For overseas customers count on a delivery time of up to two weeks, though ususally your order will arrive much sooner.

- Do you have a refund policy?

- How safe is it to order online?
In short: very safe. Your details are encripted so no one else but us is able to see your details. All transaction happen over a secure server which makes ordering through us a safe and easy experience.

- What is streaming?
Streaming media is delivered to you from a streaming server. Similar like watching TV the video data is delivered to you while you watch. This is very different from downloading the complete video which would take a long time as video files are large. So you do not need to wait till you have the video on your computer. You simply watch it while you are connected to the internet.

- How do online tutorials work?
You can buy a tutorial like you buy any other product on this site. After you have placed your order you will receive a link in an email which will connect you to the video clip of your choice. You can then watch the video online for 7 days as many times as you like and whenever you like as long as you have an internet connection.

- How good is the quality?
The quality is as good as a DVD when you have broadband connection, smaller in size but big enough to follow easily.
Note: if you have a dial-up internet connection then quality will be less, please wait for the video to have loaded completely before viewing.
This will only take a few minutes. On faster connections you will be able to view the video instantly.

- Can I see a sample of a tutorial?
Yes. Just go to our tutorial samples page.

If you are a registered milliner and have an ABN number you can apply for a trade discount on all our products.
